At T1 Lettings, we are a dynamic team of property investment professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in lettings and property management. As a family-run business and active investors ourselves, we understand the importance of protecting your property and finding quality tenants. We are accredited landlords and proud members of the Property Redress Scheme, Portsmouth District Private Landlord Association, National Residential Landlord Association and Property Investors Network. We’re always happy to offer advice on any aspect of property rental, marketing, or legislation to help you navigate the industry.
As Portsmouth’s only multi-let specialist, we provide a fully managed service for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in Havant, Cosham, North End, Portsmouth and Southsea and recently, we have began expanding our services to the Bournemouth area.

Meet The Team
Tom DIRECTOR
Tom is a driven and focused entrepreneur with a huge passion for property and a business degree from the University of Chichester. He is a keen footballer who worked in professional football for ten years. Tom is still playing non-league football now, well into his thirties, which surprises himself as well as everyone else! Tom also has 2 young sons, Oliver and Hugo, so finding where the next Cappuccino is coming from takes up the last bit of time he has left each day! Tom has an impressive business background; he is also a managing director of Hunnings Homes and a non-executive director of All Build Developments. He has a wealth of experience dealing with investors and working on million pound plus developments. Tom also has a true skill for sourcing properties, he has sourced numerous deals throughout the UK.
Tom's overriding ambition is to source a ski chalet in Chamonix one day to spend time away with his family and friends.
Jenni LETTINGS MANAGER (PORTSMOUTH)
Jenni is the lettings manager at the Portsmouth branch of T1 Lettings, where most of our managed properties are currently based. She joined T1 Lettings in August 2023 and has been essential in keeping the Portsmouth branch running smoothly. Jenni has over 5 years' experience working at other lettings agencies and uses this experience to provide outstanding services to all T1 Lettings' tenants and landlords. Jenni has fitted into our ever-growing team with ease, she is incredibly hard working and everyone at T1 Lettings feels lucky to have her as part of the team.
During her time away from work, Jenni enjoys going on relaxing beach holidays and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Aryana LETTINGS MANAGER (BOURNEMOUTH)
Aryana is T1 Lettings' newest member, she joined in October 2023. Aryana has taken on the role of lettings manager at the Bournemouth branch of T1 Lettings and recently gained her ‘managing property and residential lettings level 3' certificate. Aryana also manages all of T1 Lettings' social media accounts, including advertising any rooms or properties that become available to rent.
Aryana enjoys going on holidays, spending time with her family and friends, cooking and playing football.
Charlotte ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Charlotte heads up our accounts department. Although she is a teacher by profession, she has now taken on this side of the business as well. Her primary role as bookkeeper sees her deal with the day-to-day finances of T1 Lettings as well as dealing with pay roll.
Charlotte supports the whole team with all accounting duties as well as HR matters. She is always there to help with any question you may have.
Charlotte enjoys coffee dates with friends, spending time with her husband Tom and 2 lovely boys, photography and exploring countries all around the world.
